HOW DO I TRACK MY PURCHASE?

There are a few options to track your item:

  • Download the Shop app on your smart phone to receive live updates on your package. 
  • At checkout you will be prompted to enter your cell phone number. If you do so without entering an email address, we will send you a text when your item has been shipped.
  • You will automatically receive an email update when your order is out for delivery.
  • Lastly, you can email us at comments@wsfairgrounds.com with 1) Your name 2) The item(s) that you purchased and we will send you an update on your purchase.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

If you opted for standard shipping, expect to receive your item in 5-7 business days. If you opt for expedited shipping, expect to receive your item in 3-4 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? 

  • To return item please email comments@wsfairgrounds.com with your order number and reason for returning. 
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Product must not have excessive wrinkling, be covered in animal/human hair or have a strong smell from smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant marks.
  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. This is to ensure that you receive the proper refund amount for the correct order. (Example, if you order a t-shirt on November 5th, then a hoodie on November 6th, you must return those items separately. However, if you order them on the same day within a single order, you can return them together).

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM THAT I RECEIVED WAS FAULTY?

We apologize to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send the following information to comments@wsfairgrounds.com

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show:
    1. Product fault as clearly as possible
    2. Full-length photo of the iteml

If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

Yes, as long as the item matches our return policy criteria. Please email comments@wsfairgrounds.com with the following:

  1. Product as clearly as possible
  2. Full-length photo of the item

Please include in your email the desired size/item that you would like to exchange for.
